How do I calculate my document’s word count?
To find out your document’s word count, follow these simple steps:
If your document is in Microsoft Word (.doc) or Rich Text format (.rtf), just follow these simple steps to find out how many words there are in it:
Open your document with WORD, and click on TOOLS. Then click on the WORD COUNT option. If your document has footnotes or endnotes, be sure to click on the option INCLUDE FOOTNOTES AND ENDNOTES.
The number that appears next to WORDS is the total number of words in your document.

How will I know which document changes you have made?
We will use the Track Changes function so that you can see all changes that have been made as well as all Comments (questions / clarifications sought / observations) by your editor. These changes you can ‘Check and Move to Next’ should you wish to check each change individually, or simply ‘Accept All Changes and Stop Tracking’. Your document can also be returned in clean version (All Changes Accepted) upon request.
